Double Room in the center of Camberwell

About Us:
We are 3 girls looking to fill one room as our housemate is moving out. We have all been here between 2-4 years, it’s a great house and everyone's really close. We have a really good shared space that we use a lot to catch up after work and watch TV, cook and chat. Alice also has a 1 year old cat called Tino, so you need to be ok with cats! 😼

We are just of the main high street in Camberwell so it really is an amazing location. We are close to everything you could possible need; restaurants, bars, pubs and supermarkets. We also have a leisure centre 2 seconds away and lovely parks such as Ruskin, Brunswick and Burgess.

10-15 minute walk to the overground (Denmark Hlll) and a 15 minute bus to Oval or 20 minute bus to Vauxhall. Also so many bus routes come through, usually around 40 mins on the bus straight into central! Or we have space for you to store a bike which is an even quicker way to get around 🚲

The house:
Aoife (27) is in editing, Hannah (25) works in Design PR and Alice (27) works in costume in theatre. We love hanging out together and often go for coffees, to the pub quiz or watch trashy tv together. We also have a big balcony which is perfect in summer for coffee in the sun or having a get together with some friends!

The Room:
Its a cosy double room that comes with a double bed and a wardrobe. There is room for a small desk and a chest of drawers.

The move in date is the 7th of December but we can be flexible if it needs to be a few days before as I'll be moving out before then. The rent is £737.50 and due on the 7th of each month. Gas is included in the rent. We have a cleaner who comes fortnightly which we all split. With all the bills plus the cleaner it comes to around £840 a month each.
