Hey all, I’m moving out of my current place to live with my partner and so my room is up for grabs. The house has a large open plan kitchen and living room, with a courtyard, spiral staircase and a conservatory and turfed garden outback for bbq’s in the summer ☀️ it also has a washing machine, two fridges and a tumble dryer.

The flat also has a garage for storage and two bathrooms, you’ll be sharing the top one shown in the photos with one other person. Another room is coming available in January, so you will be living with 2 existing guys and a new tenant. The two in the flat right now are both mid 20’s and really nice people, one manages a bakery in south west London (so always brings back baked goods) and the other works in sustainable energy infrastructure (who sometimes gets us free energy) Rent is 975 and bills come to around £50 each per month.
