Hi,

We’re looking for two new housemates to join our home in Camberwell (SE5). The couple we live with are moving out on 14th December, so both rooms will be available from then. You’d be living with Tash (been here for 3 years) and Sam (joined April 2025).

What we are looking for:
We’re looking for two individuals who want a home rather than just a house share, and who are keen to be part of the household - I. e. keeping the communal areas clean and tidy and chipping in to maintain the front and back garden.

As a house we like to hang out together - cooking, watching films, having a few beers in the garden, or just chatting after work.

Not suitable for couples or students - We’re ideally looking for long-term housemates who want to make the house feel like home.


We’re a queer household, so we’re looking for queer people and/or those who are supportive and respectful of queer spaces and community. This is an LGBTQ+ safe space, and we’d like to find people who value that too.

2 bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs)

Ample storage (utility room, under-stair cupboard, bike storage and other storage areas)

Transport/Location:
10-15 minute walk from Denmark Hill, East & North Dulwich train stations
10 mins walk to Lordship Lane’s cafes, pubs & shops
20 mins walk to Peckham Rye, Camberwell, Herne Hill, and Nunhead
Around 30 mins travel to London Bridge or Victoria
