1 Double Bed in Sun Soaked Camberwell Bungalow

We are looking for a new flatmate to replace our lovely friend who has to move out in mid-December.

The house is a bright semi-detached bungalow with a shared open-plan living room/kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom, and a shower room, as well as two gardens (one is a patio with a seating area and the other is a luscious green garden where we have been growing our own veg, YUM!).

You would be living with three women - which is why another female is preferred - in their mid 20s. We have a cleaning rota that we adhere to and love to have flat meetings every once in while to catch up and touch base on how things are going. We are a very cosy, friendly household and love to host friends and family.

The rent for the room is £765, which includes heating. With water, electric&gas, WiFi and council tax bills combined, the total comes to £845pcm. This house is Council Tax Band D.

The property is a 10ish minute walk to Oval station, 5-10 minute bus journey to Vauxhall and 20 minute bus journey to Waterloo. We are blessed to live in a very residential green area with lots of open spaces such as Kennington park and Burgess park right by us, as well as Ruskin park which is home to a community sauna. There are plenty of amenities nearby with a variety of supermarkets and shops.
