✨ Looking for a lovely female professional (20s) to join our Camberwell home ✨
I’m relocating for work, so we’re looking for someone warm and easygoing to take over my room in our gorgeous Victorian duplex.
The room:
A cosy double room, fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Quiet, comfy, and easy to make your own.
The flat:
Our place is spread across the 1st & 2nd floors of a Victorian terrace, with big sash windows and loads of natural light.
• South-facing kitchen with gas stove and really great oven
• Large living room with three sofas (and space for an air mattress for the odd overnight guest)
• Newly refurbished bathroom with two powerfullll shower-heads, a bathtub + skylight
• It’s a warm, relaxed home — we keep it clean and respectful, though we’re not neat freaks. Sometimes we cook together or enjoy a glass of wine, sometimes everyone does their own thing. No pressure, just a nice flow.
The area:
Such a great location: - 2 mins to Loughborough Junction (15 mins to central London) - 15 mins to Brixton (Victoria Line) & Denmark Hill (Thameslink and Windrush Line)
- Ruskin Park is basically our back garden — 3 minutes away, with a sauna, tennis, calisthenics and loads of green space. Burgess Park (and lots of run clubs) is also close by.
- You’re surrounded by great spots: Theo’s, Silk Road, Lala Books, Veraison Wines, The Sun, Kerfield Arms… all the Camberwell faves.
The flatmates:
You’ll be living with Emily and Alva, two Irish twenty-somethings who are genuinely amazing — thoughtful, easygoing and really fun to live with. The girls love trying new places to eat, sharing a glass of wine, going to classes or heading out for a wholesome Sunday walk. Sociable but respectful of space.
