Moving out of a beautiful duplex flat in Camberwell/ Brixton, just 2 minutes walk from Loughborough Station, 18-minute walk to Brixton tube, and a 15-minute walk from Denmark Hill Station. The 35 bus stops 1 minute from us.

The flat is also only a 3 minute walk from Ruskin Park, and a community garden just opposite us. Both Camberwell and Brixton are a short stroll, each full of wonderful places to eat, nice wine bars, coffee shops and bakeries.

The flat itself occupies the first and second floor of a terrace, with spacious communal rooms across both floors including a south facing kitchen and handsome living room. There is one shared bathroom, with a high-ceiling and sky light.

Preference for a female working professional in their twenties, with a hybrid or office based job. You will be living with two Irish girls, one working in law and the other in tech.

The girls are interested in going out, art and enjoying London life. Looking for someone at a similar stage and with a similar outlook. While entertaining is definitely a lovely part of life from time to time, this is not a party house, but more of a home.

Rent is £985 + bills coming in at a little over £100. Please note that the deposit due is higher than was possible to enter to Spareroom - as is one third of x5 weeks of the property's total rent £3050. You will also need a reference.
