The flat itself occupies the first and second floor of a terrace, with spacious communal rooms across both floors including a south facing kitchen and handsome living room. There is one shared bathroom, with a high-ceiling and sky light.
Preference for a female working professional in their twenties, with a hybrid or office based job. You will be living with two Irish girls, one working in law and the other in tech.
The girls are interested in going out, art and enjoying London life. Looking for someone at a similar stage and with a similar outlook. While entertaining is definitely a lovely part of life from time to time, this is not a party house, but more of a home.
