I am moving and looking for a new tenant for my room in Camberwell, SE.

INFO

•Move in date BY 27 December, if not- 27 January (flexible could be anytime between now and then)

•RENT= £918 per month for room. bills around £50 and council tax £40.

•Heating is included for free for whole building, there are underfloor heaters and it’s nice and warm all the time

•5 bed flat, with three bathrooms. There is a toilet and sink next to this room which most of the flatmates don’t use so you basically have your own toilet

•Easy to keep clean as it is very modern build. Gets really good light and black out blinds too

•Room comes furnished with Bed, wardrobe, desk, mattress etc. bed is a queen size bed and super comfy mattress

•Double wardrobe LOADS of storage

FLATMATES

•sharing with 4 other girls ages 24-29. Two NHS workers who are often out, one works in advertisement and other is a photographer. Mixture of Italian and British. All super friendly lovely people

•Generally everyone keeps themselves to themselves. We hang out every so often have a roast, have some wine, coffee etc but this isn’t really a party flat and everyone is respectful of everyone else’s routines. That being said, they are all very relaxed girls and we have had no issues since living here

•One of my flatmates has two adorable cats, the litter tray is kept on balcony and they are very quiet and well behaved. They don’t really go in other rooms except hers

REST OF FLAT

•rest of flat is modern, hard floor, very cleans and lots of kitchen space with good fitted kitchen

•balcony with table and chairs which is a sun trap
