- i have a TV in the communal space and appliances which I’m very happy for communal use.
- bathtub and shower with nice pressure

Recently services boiler and gas safety certificates available.

5 min walk to Denmark Hill station
8-10 min walk to Loughborough Junction
30 second walk to King’s College Hospital (ideal for staff or students)
Close to many shops and restaurants.

I have a British Shorthair cat who will be all up in your business, so this place is ideal for those who don’t mind a cat trying to snuggle up to them.

Parking permits are available with application to Lambeth council.
