Hi all,
One of our housemates is moving out of our home in Camberwell / Loughborough Junction and we are looking for someone to take over the double room. £950pcm (excl. bills)… move in date 19th December!
Here’s some info...
LOCATION:
The house is in a super location. A 10 min walk to Brixton station and also a 10 min walk to Camberwell. Ruskin park and Brockwell park nearby so great for green spaces.
Those working in central, Loughborough Junction station takes you to Blackfriars in 10 mins with trains every 15 mins. The house is a literal minute walk to the station so super easy to get to.
There's tonnes of shops near the house with a Tesco, Co-op and Nisa. Nisa is 24hrs & a 30 second walk away so is super useful for any last minute needs.
HOUSEMATES:
The flatmates are super friendly- always happy for a pub trip, cooking together, football/tennis, chilling with the TV - but also happy to respect your own space too. All people within the house met through Spare Room/Facebook so just shows how friendly they are!
