Double Room in Friendly House in Camberwell!

We have a furnished double room available in our three bed flat in Camberwell/Oval, from end of June (dates flexible). Unfortunately our housemate is relocating, so looking to fill his room.

The rent is £750pcm, and bills come to around £100 each on top of this. The flat is split over three levels, and has a ton of space/storage. The place gets a lot of sunshine, and the layout is really spacious.

You would be living with me, Calliope - I am 25 and work in the fashion industry. I have been living here for a year now, and really love the place - it’s super homely and calm. As well as this, you would be living with Bailey, 27, who works for an oat milk company (lots of yummy freebies!!) - he moved in January of this year, and both get on well, with similar hobbies, we both love reading, cooking and have plenty of wholesome hobbies.

We have managed to create a lovely home, and both really value a clean and calm space. We have friends over for dinners, and like to catch up after work, but are both busy social people so do a lot of our socialising out of the house!

We love to maintain a relaxed vibe in the house and would be looking for someone who also prioritises these things - but also would love to be friendly, and have a housemate who we can nip to the pub with here and there!

Everything is dealt with directly through the landlord, who is very responsive and helpful.
