A cosy double room available in a 3-storey house in Camberwell. Walking distance from Peckham, Denmark Hill, Elephant and Castle stations and lots of bus connections within 3-10 minute walk.

You'll be sharing the home with 5 other people - a mix of cooperatives and creatives, ranging from mid-twenties to mid-thirties. Everyone's super lovely - genuinely feels like a home you can relax in.

There are 3 bathrooms, a large shared kitchen living space (two ovens, two fridge freezers, two sinks, washing machine & tumble dryer) and a garden (very nice in the summer, very wet in the British winter...). Your room will come furnished with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Deposit is £1000 - the total house deposit is split equally between everyone.

Rent is £700 and bills are £100-£150, paid on first of the month. Council tax band E (included in bills).

Move in date is negotiable but ideally mid-March. You'll be taking over from me in the current tenancy which runs up to August 6 (I'm leaving London behind </3 ), but you will likely be able to renew with the landlord at the end of the contract.
