We’re three 27-year-olds working in London and are looking for a fourth flatmate to join our two storey terraced flat.
Rent is £560 pcm and bills are roughly £100 including a cleaner twice a month. Deposit is £663.46. Room is unfurnished but has a built in wardrobe!
The three of us are genuinely friends as well as flatmates, so it’s important for us to find someone who is friendly and keen to be part of a social flat, rather than just a room-for-rent situation.
We love cooking and eating together and hosting dinner parties for our friends. We all work full-time so appreciate a good work/life balance, whilst still maintaining a clean and homely flat.
