4 Bedroom flat, looking for new flatmate

Hi guys, we are a group of young working adults living in a flat top of the hill of Denmark hill. We work in the arts and in hospitality. Located between Camberwell and East Dulwich, it's a walkable distance from each station. Located next to a big Sainsbury's.

We are looking for a young working adult to join us in our flat. It includes a kitchen, living room, balcony, two bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Bedroom would come furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and double bed. (Desk not included). The rest of the flat is fully furnished, but also welcome to bring in their own belongings.

We would like to have someone clean, respectful of privacy when needed, not too loud in the flat. We want them to be friendly, able to become a potential friend for life kind of situation if you know what I mean.

Including bills, all together would be £730 a month.
