We are a non-smoking house. We don't mid if you smoke as long as it happens outside.

We're in zone 2, 10 mins from Brixton and Oval and 15 mins from Vauxhall and Elephant & Castle. We're very close to both King's College Hospital and Camberwell Arts College.

The house has three floors with bathrooms on each floor, the large shared kitchen is on the ground floor and has french doors opening to the garden.

The room available is a very large furnished double room on the 1st floor, it has been recently decorated and has original wooden floor. It currently has a double bed, large double wardrobe, bookshelf, desk and chair but we are flexible to your needs.

Rent is £850 pcm inclusive of all bills, e. g. gas, electricity, water, council tax etc. One months deposit is required.

Viewings will start from week commencing 05.01.26 and the room is also available from that date.
