Description
We are looking for a new person to replace me as a tenant on the contract as I am moving in with my partner. The room will be available from around Feb 14th (potentially some flex on this) and the contract — which is with Dexters — runs until July 27th, with the option to extend.
The flat itself is fantastic and I’ve enjoyed living here. The room is sizeable with ample storage and plenty of space to work from home. There is a large living/dining area with extra WFH space if needed. The kitchen is equipped with key appliances, as well as a tumble dryer and dishwasher. The downstairs bathroom is a bath/shower and toilet, and there is a separate upstairs toilet as well.
The flat overlooks Myatt’s Field, one of the nicer parks in the area, great for getting out the house in warmer months. It’s a quiet part of Camberwell — a 7min walk to Tesco, 10min to the high street, and 5/10min to key bus routes that get you to Victoria or the City in about 30min.
The other 2 current flatmates are in their early 30s. Both work full time and are very tidy, respectful, friendly and enjoy use of the whole flat. We met via SpareRoom and became fast friends upon moving in. Someone similar would fit well in this flat.
We pay rent as a whole flat on the 1st of each month. The split for this room is up to £900. There would be a deposit to transfer: £961.30. Responsibility for bills are shared among flatmates and come to around £110 per person, plus the occasional cleaner.
