Beautiful Room in Camberwell (All- Inclusive)

Hi There,

We have a large and bright double room available in our very clean, friendly, comfortable house. It is a three-storey, 5-bedroom house with a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle. We also have a separate lounge, three bathrooms (one en-suite) and a lovely patio garden where the sun shines in the morning – an ideal place for sunny breakfast or summer barbecue.

The room has two big windows which let a lot of light in. It is very quiet as the house is on a quiet street. It comes fully furnished with double bed, big wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers, desk, chair, book shelf, pictures, mirror, shelve, etc. We Do Not provide all the bedding such as; (pillows, duvet, duvet cover, fitted sheet).

Our house is very international, and an ideal place to meet new people and make new friends – ideal if you’re new to London. You would share the house with 4 other young professionals males.

The house is very well located, we are just a short 5 minutes bus ride from Elephant Castle. The bus stop is within 2 minutes from our front door and there you would have at least 7 choices of buses going to Central London via Elephant Castle tube station (Zone 1). Burges Park (Camberwell entrance) is only one-minute walk from the house.

Rent includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, TV licence), wireless broadband Internet and a professional cleaner who comes around once a week. You don’t have to pay any extra.

We don’t expect a major financial commitment. We only ask for one week’s rent to reserve the room. On the day you move in, we would expect 3 weeks’ rent to make up the 4 week deposit, plus the first month’s rent in advance.

So, in summary:

You need to send us £240 to reserve the room.
One day before you move in you must pay a further £720 (to make up the full 4 week deposit) plus £1,040, which is the first month’s rent in advance.

You must stay a minimum of one month, and must give us one month’s notice before you leave. We will hold your deposit in a government backed scheme called the DPS (please refer to depositprotection. com for more details about how it works).
