We're looking for someone to take our really large and furnished double bedroom in Camberwell. The room belongs to me and my partner, and we're renting it out as we're going travelling for 6 months.
The house has a large kitchen, (separate) living room, and a spare room which we use as a study and to hang up laundry. You'd be sharing a bathroom with one other person.
The house is less than 5 minutes walk from Denmark Hill station and about 8 minutes from Camberwell Church Street which is full of good pubs and restaurants.
We bought the house as a group of four, so you'd be living with the two other owners: Josh (31) who is a musician, and Saibh (31) who is a civil servant. We all have our own projects going on but we also like to cook large communal meals, have friends round, and listen to music or watch films together.
