Cosy homely house

Fully furnished large double room in lovely leafy East Dulwich. Shared bathroom with downstairs toilet, large communal living room leading out into a nice garden which is used regularly in the summer (green fingered people welcome). Big kitchen with full size cooker and pantry, we love to cook here and socialise over a bottle of Red.

Living in the house with 2 friendly babes, both work Monday - Friday, we are early risers and are not looking for a party house mate. We have a bi weekly cleaner and keep the house to a high standard. Very easy going housemates, who treats our home with respect. Lots of storage and space. We have a TV licence and a dishwasher 😜 We are social people but we also enjoy our own time and respect that others also do. We're looking for another housemate who works full time, but not from home (one or two days is fine but not all week). There is a parking space outside and also there is free parking available nearby. The furniture in the room will change, but still lots of storage (I'm afraid the sofa and the chair will be going with the old housemate)
