🛏️ The Rooms
Large road-side room with plenty of natural light from two giant windows and built in shelves.
Slightly smaller garden-side room overlooking our outdoor space with built-in wardrobes. Rooms are unfurnished, giving you a blank canvas to make your own. Ample storage available throughout the house.

💰 Rent & Deposit

£981 per month rent including electricity, gas, water, internet, council tax, TV license, weekly cleaner for shared areas and shared essentials (cleaning products, laundry detergent, loo roll, cooking oils, tea, coffee, milks etc). £756 deposit required, this is returned in full upon moving out.

☺️ The Housemates

We’re friendly professionals (mixed gender, aged 28-38) working in festivals, photography, design, and academia. We value independence but genuinely enjoy each other's company when we cross paths; think impromptu pizza nights, summer BBQs, occasional dinner parties, and watching a series rather than forced socialising.

Our shared interests: live music, art galleries, good food, yoga, gym, sauna sessions, wine, pub trips, and making art.

We're LGBTQ+ friendly and embrace people from all backgrounds. The house vibe is relaxed but respectful, we like it clean and comfortable (helped by our weekly cleaner).

🌟 The Vibe

Day-to-day life is pretty chilled; we keep things tidy, respect each other's space, and the house is generally pretty quiet during the week. That said, we enjoy bringing people together and like to have friends back for evening dinners or occasional late-night parties in the basement. We're looking for someone who's seeking a similar social balance.

✅ 25+ years old and preferable female to keep the gender balance
✅ Someone looking to stay at least a year (we're on a stable rolling contract)
✅ Independent but sociable; you enjoy your own space but appreciate good company
❌ No couples, no pets (sorry)
