Located in Vestry Road, Camberwell on a quiet residential road. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly opposite the house, as well as an additional Sainburys at a 5 minute walking distance. UAL Camberwell University is also 5 minutes walking distance.

Within a 15 min walk to Denmark Hill and Peckham Rye overground/national rail stations (Elephant & Castle, Canada Water, London Bridge are within 10 min by train).

House is equipped with fire blankets, fire extinguishers and carbon monoxide alarm. Additional amenities include washer, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster.
