Large Double Bedroom in Camberwell

Hello!

Myself and 2 school friends have a spare room available in our flat in Camberwell to rent.

The room is the biggest in the house with lots of natural light and currently has a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers - feel free to bring any furniture you need!

The room will cost £950 per month (+ bills which are another £60-£80 per month). The landlord has offered us a 1 year lease so you will need to sign the lease and pay a deposit which is c.£1,000.

The flat is set across 2 floors with a large living room, 2 bathrooms and decent sized kitchen.

We all work 5 days a week in the office so the weekdays are fairly chilled and quiet. On weekends we’re often out with our partners or relaxing in the house watching films or sports.

Nearest tubes are Oval and Brixton which you can get to via a 10 min bus journey. We also have Loughborough Junction and Denmark Hill overground stations within 10 mins walk so lots of options to get to work or go out!

Camberwell High St is 2 mins from the house with loads of cool pubs, restaurants, gyms and a Morrisons, tesco express and Lidl.

Finally, we may have 1 or 2 more rooms coming available in the flat in May so if you have any other friends they could likely move in in May!
