Double Bedroom in Peckham/Camberwell

So our flatmate is unfortunately moving out as she is buying her own place!

The house stunning and the rent is an absolute steal. It was done up by a couple for them to live in, but they never ended up moving in so it has a very homely feel to it and doesn't feel like a rental whatsoever.

We have Toad bakery and Cafe Mondo on the end of the street which are top 10 Bakeries/Sandwich shops in London so we enjoy those very much, plus a Sainsbury's and Nisa local both 2 mins walk away for groceries. Loads of pubs and so many restaurants close by, we are basically slap bang in between Camberwell and Peckham so we get the best of both worlds there.

The room is small but cosy and there is a little toilet outside room which we kind of leave to her as the 'girls toilet', then we have another toilet upstairs in the main bathroom. We like the dynamic at the moment and would like to have another girl in, but we aren't 100% on this so are open to having another guy if we find the right fit.

The house is super nice so we are keen on keeping it clean and tidy, and we have a cleaner who comes around bi weekely. Bills come to about another 120 pounds each and includes heating, wifi, electricty and water etc

One of us works in tech sales, and then the other 2 work in film, one is a stuntman and the other works in production. We all have our own lives and friends but also get along really well and hang out with each other, and are looking for someone who also has an equal mix of their own thing going on, but also is down for house meals and movies and trips to the pub every now and then.

We like going to gigs, comedy nights, etc and are all active and enjoy cooking in the kitchen as it is really nice (underfloor heating). We enjoy throwing a house party every now and then too!
