One room available in a beautiful Camberwell house

One room available in a beautiful and bright Camberwell maisonette. It's a three bedroom house with a studio room, and you'd be living with just myself- so two people in a big house. The room has access to the balcony which overlooks the large communal garden. There is a shared living room, a nice bright kitchen, one bathroom with a shower and one downstairs toilet. Your room is on the first floor, on the second floor is my room, my studio, and a spare bedroom.
I'm a freelance animator and filmmaker, I have a studio elsewhere so I work half from home and half out at my studio. I also teach at Central Saint Martins. I like the house being a cosy, peaceful place, I love watching films and enjoy having friends round for dinner or movie nights sometimes.
Ideally looking for a housemate who doesn't work from home, likes things fairly clean and tidy, and is calm & easygoing :)
