Double room in Camberwell ✨

Our housemate and friend is moving out of our flat for 3-4 months to go to Australia so we are looking to find someone to sublet. Can be flexible on dates but ideally looking around March 1st to the June 15th 2026.

Good size room with plenty of storage and room for a desk if needed for WFH.
The flat has a spacious open plan living room/lounge which is great for hosting! Flat has all the standard amenities but gets bonus points for: dishwasher, bike storage and great shower pressure, which we feel is essential.

We have access to a large communal garden with outdoor furniture which is great in the summer. Location is residential and quiet but only a few minutes from Camberwell/Peckham/East Dulwich. There is available parking outside.

You’ll be living with James (31) and George (30), 2 mates originally from Devon but now residing in London.

James works in tech (3 days a week from home) and is into community radio, music, cooking and all things active: cycling, running and gym.

George is a Primary School teacher who is at school 4 1/2 days a week and is into: surfing, swimming, gym and football.

The flat has a strong communal vibe and the guys enjoy having people over, hosting dinners and hanging out on the comfiest sofa in SE5. They like a nice blend of wholesome activities mixed in with the occasional dance.

The flat is an 8 minute walk to either East Dulwich or Denmark hill overground stations with quick links then to London Bridge, Blackfriars or Victoria. Nearest tube is about a 10 minute lime bike to either Brixton or oval. Lots of bus routes at the end of the road: 40, 176, 185. Very close to a big sainos and Ruskin park!
