Large Camberwell double room

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our friendly Camberwell house share. One of our housemates is sadly moving out in March, so we’re ideally looking for someone who can move in around then!

The available room is a spacious double (4.7m x 2.8m) in a modern, fully furnished four-bedroom house. It has floor-to-ceiling windows and gets loads of natural light. The house has three bathrooms, a large open-plan kitchen/living area, a private terrace, and access to a communal garden.

We’re on a quiet residential street, just a three-minute walk to Burgess Park and Camberwell Church Street, which has loads of great pubs and restaurants.

Rent is £850 per month, plus around £150 for bills, council tax and a cleaner.

We're a friendly and relaxed group of young professionals who have lived together for a year and a bit - enjoy hanging out, cooking and relaxing together after work and on weekends. Please get in touch if you're interested!
