Top floor room on Camberwell High St

Looking for a new housemate to take over our top floor room in our house share on Camberwell High Street around Feb (some flexibility on tenancy start).

It’s a big house and you’ll be sharing a bathroom and separate toilet with one other person. If you’d like to bring in your own furniture the landlord is fairly flexible & is something you can discuss with her 🪑.

We’re a friendly bunch looking for someone who is down to earth and tidy to move in. Bonus points if you’re bringing any home decor items or plants with you (indoor or outdoor).

This house is always toasty with good water pressure and general good vibes. We’re also right on the high street and walking distance from three lovely parks (Ruskin, Brunswick, Burgess).

All bills are covered in the rent, including a fortnightly cleaner.
