Double room in friendly flat in Camberwell

My partner and I have a room available to rent in our flat starting February 18th.

The flat is spacious, bright, and comfortable, with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, a separate living room, and plenty of shared space to relax and feel at home. The building has a shared garden/patio to take in the sun during the summer.

We’re located in Camberwell, with great bus connections and a 10 minute walk to Oval Station, making it easy to get around the city.

We're a very calm, down to earth couple that are really just looking for someone nice that we become friends and hangout with. We both work hybrid jobs, with most days work from home. We love to go out and explore the city, try new restaurants, but equally love to stay at home and watch a new series.

We’re looking for someone friendly, responsible, and respectful who’s happy to share a calm and welcoming home environment.
