We have a lovely double bedroom available from the start of March in a 5-bedroom house on a quiet road between Brixton and Camberwell. The room gets loads of natural light and has great views over the garden, making it a really nice space come home to. Rent is £950 per month and bills are around £100, and there is also a desk in the living room (that will be free during the day) if you work from home at all.
The house is currently home to three friendly flatmates (two girls and one boy, all aged 26). We’re social, tidy and easygoing, and we’re looking for someone similar to join us.
The room is available until July with the option to extend. The location is great: we’re across the road from Loughborough Junction station, 10 minutes from Denmark Hill station and 15 minutes from Brixton station. There is also street parking outside which is around £70 for a 6 month council permit.
