I’m looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving out. The room should be available from around February (exact date flexible depending on paperwork).
It’s a small/medium double room in a spacious flat with lots of storage. The flat has a large living room, balcony, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom plus a separate WC, which makes sharing much easier.
📍 Location: Zone 2
🚌 Bus stop: 3 minutes walk
🏢 5th floor with lift
🌳 Quiet area with shops nearby and a park about 7 minutes away
💷 £1,000 roughly per month, need to do the calculations again — bills included
The tenancy is managed by an agency, so the new tenant will need to pass referencing and complete Right to Rent checks. There will be a tenancy transfer (Deed of Assignment), and the deposit share will be transferred directly to the outgoing tenant.
