Two lovely rooms for rent in social tidy house

Hi all!

We have a lovely big double bedroom and a cosy cheaper one available from the start of March in our 4-bedroom & 2-bathroom house, located on a quiet road between Brixton and Camberwell. Both rooms get loads of natural light and nice views over the garden. The larger one is £1200 a month and the smaller is £950 (bills are around £100). There is a desk in the living room that’s free during the day for the person moving into of the smaller room if they want work from home.

All current housemates are aged 26, social, tidy and easygoing. The rooms are available until the end of July with the option to extend. The location is great: we’re across the road from Loughborough Junction station, 10 minutes from Denmark Hill station and 15 minutes from Brixton station.
