Im looking for a new housemate to take over one of the rooms. Really easy going vibe you just have to clean up after yourself. Prefer a social housemate as we have a big living room space. It’s 10 minutes from Peckham rye station and comes with parking. Current housemate is 30 years old, easy going and tidy. Property will be available from the 2nd of may as thats when the other current housemate moves out. Bills currently come in at around £200 to £250.
