Cute Bright Double in Friendly Camberwell 4 Bed

Double room for single occupancy in a friendly leftie 4 bed house, sharing with 3 female/ NB housemates (I’m away for work). No couples please, no smoking, no pets.

Some or all of the listed time is fine, minimum a week.

Housemates are a combo of full-time and self employed, all capable professional folks.

The room has lots of natural light, feels private as it’s top floor. Space for laundry on the mezzanine.

Over 3 floors: Kitchen, living/ dining space, extra toilet and shared (between 3) bathroom with bath & shower.

My room will contain my belongings but I will clear drawers and shelves for yours, and in the kitchen too. This would not be suitable for someone to move in with furniture/ lots of possessions. Happy to discuss in more detail.

Shared use of pots, pans, blenders, washing machine, microwave, hoover, iron. No dishwasher. Parking space out front (rest of us barely use) and my beloved garden will start blooming too!

All bills included.

Brunswick Park with NoNo cafe is on the next block, plus galleries, restaurants, Sainsbury’s, PureGym and pubs are all close by. Easy walk to Peckham (overground), Denmark Hill Station, Camberwell and buses.
