Description

- double bedroom with en-suite
- bedroom partially furnished, including king size bed and mattress
- entry is at 2nd floor level via a staircase (no lift access)
- available from 21st March
- usual rent £975 - rent reduction offered whilst en-suite shower is out of action
- utility bills approx. £150 per month
- initial contract for 6 months, with the intention to continue on a rolling contract thereafter
- flatmates Caz (they/them, age 32, architect) and Rufus (they/them, age 30, policy advisor in energy)
- we both work full time in the office and occasionally work from home, although we keep this to a minimum - our home is our sanctuary 😇

*The shower in the bedroom en-suite is currently out of action due to a faulty part. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath to use for the time being. The en-suite WC and sink are fine to use still. A rent reduction will be offered until the time the en-suite shower is fixed.
