It’s a 3 storey townhouse in a quiet street in the heart of Camberwell. Shops, bars and cafes are just around the corner.

We have an available driveway if you drive and need a place to park.

Morrisons supermarket- 2mins walk
Kings College Hospital- 5mins walk
Denmark Hill Station- 10mins walk

Live in Landlord.
Irish and living in London 12 years, work in sales Mon- Fri and enjoy chilled evenings at home midweek.

Minesh
Moved in 3-4 months ago, rents the single room midweek only and goes back to Birmingham every Thursday to his family.

Bonny
3 year old cat who has access to a cat flap to come and go as she pleases, she’s the boss of the house and will go in your bedroom for a nosey if you leave your door open.

You
Ideally someone independent and easy to get along with, not allergic to cats and is happy to clean up after themselves. If you send me a message, please do give me a little summary of you and your situation.
