April Sublet Double room in large flat with garden

I am subletting my double bedroom for the month of April 2026 as I will be away. I am asking for 700£ for the month, with bills included (electricity, gas, internet, water and council tax).

The flat is spacious, with three bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, an extra toilet, a kitchen and a back garden. The flatmates are M29 and M33, both working professionals in the creative/music industry. We are close friends and we have been living together for the past 3 years.

The house is located a 5 min walk from Loughborough Junction station, a 15 min walk to Camberwell and a 20 min walk from Brixton station. Residential area with quick access to cafès, shops, restaurants.
