Looking for a new housemate in Camberwell

We are looking for a new housemate for our place in Camberwell.

* The room (partly furnished) will be available from 1st May and the property has the following features:
* Separate kitchen and living room areas
* Good sized double room on the top floor with wardrobe, drawers and space for a desk / additional furniture and a view of Camberwell Green.
* 10 minute walk to Oval / Denmark Hill Station
* Two bathrooms
* Two large outdoor spaces / terraces
* Lots of storage (basement)
* Overlooks Camberwell Green / 5 minute walk to Burgess Park / 10 minute walk to Ruskin Park
* Three working professionals who are house proud!! (with a regular cleaner!)

We were four mates and now looking for a sociable housemate to fill the gap.

A bit about us:

Ed: Lived and worked in London for best part of 7 years. Enjoy a social household and spending time in the evening chilling out and checking out local restaurants with housemates! Often out the house on weekends playing golf, tennis, hockey or whatever else is up for grabs.

Jack: Civil servant working in London for last 3 years. Enjoy pub socials and occasional night out when not haphazardly training for a triathlon or DJing.

Ryan: Easy going and sociable Northerner working in finance. Enjoys running, and a trip to the pubs of Camberwell! Pretty active during the week and often out and about at weekends.
