I am looking for someone to replace my tenancy at 92 Denmark Road.
The room is a spacious one with a double bed and comes with furnishings (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table). There is heating inside the room and a boiler downstairs, and the room stays warm. The bed is very comfy and there is a lot of room to add any extra furniture.
There is a shared bathroom (with a shower/bath), toilet, kitchen, and living room, with a mostly unused garden patio. Bus connections in Camberwell are very good and Oval station is only a 15 minute walk away.
I am eager to move out before May 2026/June 2026 and the room is available to rent until September 9th 2026.
I am hoping to do a tenancy swap preferably with a student who has a UK guarantor, and would be able to come to the estate agents office at a given point to confirm the tenancy exchange. Any students are welcome. If there are any questions about the tenancy swap, please do not hesitate to contact me - it is not a complicated process.
Bills are unlimited and done through Fused bills - it costs £90 per month
