- 7 mins walk to Denmark Hill station Zone 2 (trains to Victoria take 10 mins, overground goes to east London, or Clapham Junction, Thameslink offers speedy access to Blakfriars, Kings Cross etc)
- 3 mins walk from bus links to Vauxhall underground station + Elephant Castle station + central London
- 15 mins walk to Peckham's Rye Lane with the many bars, restaurants, events, gigs, club nights, and the legendary Peckham Plex
- 11 minutes walk into East Dulwich for more cafes, pubs and eateries, and the very handy large Sainsbury's 7 mins walk away

ABOUT ME
You will be sharing the flat with me on a lodger basis, as agreed with the landlord. I largely work from home in the week, and I travel and work late into the night at the weekends, as I work in music. I generally take Mondays to rest :)
This flat is my sanctuary, and having lived here for many years, I can truly say it's a rare gem in this hectic city - well connected to central London, while feeling a bit like being in the countryside, and just a stone's throw away from some of London's top food and cultural offerings.
I am looking to create a peaceful home dynamic, where we can fully relax, recharge, and enjoy ourselves in this beautiful part of the world, while respecting each other's space and coming together now and again, as priorities allow.
BILLS + TERMS
All bills, as well as a weekly cleaner, are included in this fee. You will be sharing the flat with me on a lodger basis, as agreed with the landlord. The agreement is on a rolling basis, with one month's notice required by either party to terminate. £425 deposit + first month's rent is required to secure the room. This can be transferred on arrival at the flat, but keys will not be exchanged, and access will not be given until it is sent.
