We are offering a comfortable double room in our home all bills included, ideal for a tidy and respectful woman.

Fully furnished with desk, chair, double bed with underneath drawers storage, bedside drawers and wardrobe.

You will have use of a bathroom located in the corridor, which will be used almost exclusively by you as we have our own ensuite bathroom. We will only occasionally need access to the bathroom in order to access the utility area (washing machine) which is located within this space.

We also have a lovely large patio area with seating, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some outdoor space. There is a secure bicycle storage room available for the building. Smeg bean to cup machine in the kitchen for those coffee lovers.

We are a quiet, respectful couple, my husband works from the office 5 times a week and work from home every day. We keep a very clean and peaceful home environment and are looking for someone who values the same.
