Bright & Quiet Room in Clean Home – All Bills Incl

We are offering a comfortable double room in our home all bills included, ideal for a tidy and respectful woman.

Currently the room has a single bed, however we are happy to purchase a double bed should you prefer this. We also provide desk, chair, and clothes rail. We can also purchase some further storage options if needed.

You will have use of a bathroom located in the corridor, which will be used almost exclusively by you as we have our own ensuite bathroom. We will only occasionally need access to the bathroom in order to access the utility area (washing machine) which is located within this space.

We also have a lovely large patio area with seating, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some outdoor space.

We are a quiet, respectful couple who work both from home & the office. We keep a very clean and peaceful home environment and are looking for someone who values the same.
