Ideal is someone who wants a balance of hanging out and sharing some wine, but also has their own life. Independent folks sharing a home but living overlapping but separate lives.

Transport is great with loads of buses everywhere - to Waterloo, Clapham or The City. Nearest tubes are Oval/Kennington/Elephant.
All in it’s £1,500 but that includes a weekly cleaner. So we just maintain and have it all cleaned for us every week.
