The room is a double with views over London and under-bed storage, plus the house comes with a big garden and is next door to Ruskin Park - so is especially nice in the summer. The price is great for London (£850pcm) and there's a large unused space in the living room where previous housemates have worked from home.
We are two very easy-going housemates, who are clean and respectful and are both working professionals. We love to socialise and meet new people but also respect people need their own space.
Bills are usually an extra £115 per month incl. council tax.
