Short let in 2-bed flat in Denmark Hill

I’m renting out the spare room in my 2-bed ground floor flat in Denmark Hill/Camberwell. I’m only looking for people to stay short term at the moment, between 1 week and 2 months. Dates and arrangements can be flexible so feel free to message me to discuss your situation!

The flat comes with a communal kitchen and bathroom, a spacious living room and a music room (I’m a professional violinist and teacher). There’s a small garden too - it needs a bit of work done but it has lots of potential too :)

*** I’m looking for someone who’s happy to live with a cat because I have a small ginger cat named Tamino :) I found him outside my house a couple of months ago and have adopted him. He’s really funny, curious and very playful. Never keeps me up at night surprisingly!

The house is a 10 min walk from Denmark Hill and King’s College Hospital, a 20 min walk from the centre of Camberwell and Herne Hill, and 9 mins on the train to Victoria.

The price for the room is as follows (all bills included):
£250 a week
£850 a month

*** Please note I’m often away visiting family in Italy or my partner in Dublin so you’d have the whole flat to yourself (and the cat of course!) I’m particularly keen to find people who would be happy with the occasional cat duties when I’m away (food, litter tray, playing with him a bit..!) :)
