Hello! We are looking for someone to join a tenancy for a lovely double room in an existing flat share in Camberwell.

It is in a great location, 5 mins walk from Loughborough Junction on the Thameslink, 15 mins to Denmark Hill on the overground, and a short bus ride to Brixton tube, Victoria line). We have a lovely, big, bright living room, two bathrooms, and a separate kitchen with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher.

The room is lovely. It comes furnished with a double bed, large built in wardrobe with good sized shelves at the back, a bedside table and a chest of drawers. Camberwell is a fab area, with lots of great restaurants and shops. Lidl and Morrisons (5 minute walk) and a large Sainsbury’s (15 minute walk). Brixton is also just a 15 minute walk away.

About us: Shaun and Megan (tenants), aged 26 and 27. We are sociable and like to hang out whilst also respecting each others personal space. We are clean and work in the office most of the week. We are looking for someone similar who likes to keep on top of cleaning. We like to go out, read, run, go on walks etc. Chill and peaceful is definitely the vibe we are going for at home!

The landlords do not accept benefits and you will need to provide references
