Bright double room with garden access

Our lovely housemate is moving out to live with her partner, ideally in June. There's flexibility around that to enable us to get the right person in, so if you need to move sooner or later let us know.

We are Olí & Jo, a couple sharing 2/3 of the bedrooms in the house.

Jo is a clinical practitioner working at a major hospital Mon - Friday 8 - 4. They enjoy art, music, exercise, the outdoors and the occasional queer night out.

Oli is a choir conductor, music facilitator and trainee psychotherapist. They enjoy gardening, outdoors, art, mates, bakeries and film.

We both enjoy cooking, going to our local, travelling, seeing friends, good films, gardening (just made some pallets raised beds and growing veg) and generally relaxing in a calm, clean, friendly home.

We're looking for someone who is FLINTA, aged 30 - 40 ish, a good communicator, has an active life, wants to contribute to the house and is proactive in keeping it nice. Ideally someone who doesn't work from home all the time.

We are really keen to find someone that aligns with us and wants to be part of queer community. Please send over a bit about you and if we feel like you'd be a good fit we can arrange to meet at a viewing!

Technical bits:
Our contract is technically up at the end of September. So you can either do a long sublet till then. Or go on the contract with the option to renew and stay if you love it!

Bills: approx £140 a month
