2 double rooms available in a 3 bed flat!

I'm looking for two people to fill two spare rooms. The location's great:
• Zone 2
• King’s College Hospital 5 minute walk
• Denmark Hill station 10 minute walk (Windrush, Thameslink, SouthEastern),
• Elephant and Castle (Bakerloo, Northern) 15 minute bus
Camberwell high street is a couple of minutes away, with excellent restaurants/takeaways and pubs, including a big supermarket 5 minutes from the flat. The historic and beautiful Ruskin Park is 10 minutes walk away.

The flat is 2nd floor, 3 bedrooms with living room, balcony, kitchen, toilet and bathroom. There is plenty of space and storage available.
Pets are welcome, but would need approval from the landlord.

You would be sharing with me, Elliott (33). I work 9-5 for a trade union for nurses. I am sociable but nowadays rarely have a very late night. When at home I like hanging out, playing games or watching TV. When not at home I am usually climbing and/or getting outdoors with friends. I am looking to live with people who are laidback but also considerate and clean.

The flat is fully furnished – two sofas and a dining table with chairs in the living room. The available bedrooms are very large (£833pcm) or medium (£783pcm)
Both come with:
- double bed and mattress
- wardrobe
- bedside cabinet
- curtains etc

Bills are not included but they are usually around £100 a month each. Deposit is £884.61. The rooms are available from ~16th June.
