We are a couple who are looking for either another couple or a single to sign onto a sunny 2 bedroom flat in Camberwell. This advertisement is for the available double bedroom which is £1270 pcm excluding bills (can be for a single, or split between a couple). The flat is Council Tax Band C.

The flat is on the 3rd floor of the building and gets great sun in both the morning (kitchen/ dining side) and afternoon (lounge and bedroom side). It is a top floor flat with no elevator. The bathroom has a shower and separate bathtub, and a washing machine.
