Room in Camberwell

Large double room available for short term let only in my apartment.

The room is on lower ground floor of my two storey apartment , and furnished with double bed, and clothes rail.

Shared use of kitchen with washing machine and access to garden where you may smoke.

Internet access included along with all bills.

You will share with myself ( female homeowner) I work from home .

The home is quiet and relaxed, and would suit someone who is quiet and considerate of other people wanting to maintain a clean, peaceful and friendly environment.

The home is not suitable for full-time working from home.

The apartment is in an excellent location with supermarket, laundrette, dry cleaners and take-away 2mins away.

No additional overnight visiting guests permitted.

Security deposit of £400 for 4/8 weeks, £200.00 for 2 weeks or £100.00 for 1 week is payable along with rent in advance at the start of your stay.

You will need to provide photo ID in the form of passport or drivers licence.

Only polite and respectful people please, absolutely no bad vibes or drama at all.
