Double Room Queer friendly flat in Camberwell

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our friendly three-bedroom flat in Camberwell. The room is £850 per month, with bills not included (currently around £105 per month per person).

The flat has three bedrooms, one shared bathroom, a kitchen, and a comfortable shared living space. We’re hoping to find someone who is friendly, tidy, respectful, and looking for a home rather than just a room. The flat is queer-friendly, and we’d love to live with someone who values a welcoming and inclusive environment.

A little about us:

I’m Kit (24, they/them). I’m a performance artist and also work in a sushi restaurant. I love dancing, card games, and spending my free time going to shows, exhibitions, and other creative events around London. I enjoy living with people I can have a chat with at the end of the day, and I like helping create a warm, friendly atmosphere at home.

Freddie (27, he/him) works as a mental health therapist in the NHS in Newham. Although life can be busy, he enjoys having a good chat with flatmates and creating a home where people feel comfortable catching up and spending time together. Outside of work, he plays for an inclusive union and touch rugby team, enjoys video games, seeing friends, and loves getting out to exhibitions, gigs, and other events around the city.

The room is available subject to the landlord’s referencing process, which includes right-to-rent checks, credit and income verification, and references.
