I am sub-letting my room in my university house for the last 2 months of my tenancy, you would live with 3 other fabulous female housemates, very friendly and welcoming!

The available bedroom is downstairs and is the second largest room in the house, a shared homely kitchen / living space, and a recently renovated garden (it's so nice!!) The bedroom is really lovely with wooden floors and high ceilings, all furnished through property manager.

The house is located in Camberwell, with a bus stop right at the end of the street and a very convenient Tesco express just a 2 minute walk away. Really easy to get to Denmark Hill, Peckham Rye and Elephant and Castle.

Available to rent from 6th July for 2 months or from 6th August for 1 month. If renting for 2 months, deposit required, if renting for 1 month, upfront payment for the month :)
