We have a large double room available in our friendly house on a pretty residential street, with a lovely park right at the end of the road.
The house is in a great spot. Camberwell High Street is close by, with plenty of great pubs, cafés, restaurants and shops. Oval, Stockwell, Brixton and Loughborough Junction stations are within easy walking distance.
We occupy the top three floors of a bright, modern semi-detached house. There’s a full kitchen with a washing machine, a large shared living room, and two separate bathrooms.
We’re a relaxed and friendly house of young professionals working in healthcare, marketing and law. Currently we’re one couple and two singles, with a mix of Aussie, Kiwi and English housemates. We enjoy spending time together when we’re around — whether that’s a pub quiz, a trip to the pub, a picnic in the park or making the most of a sunny weekend — but we also have our own lives and respect each other’s space.
The room comes fully furnished with a bed, side table and clothes rack. There’s also plenty of additional storage space throughout the house, as well as room for a bike in the entranceway.
We’re looking for a friendly, sociable housemate who is clean, considerate and looking for a place that feels like home. Bills are not included in the rent and are approximately £100 per month including council rates (Council Tax Band E).
