I’m looking for two friendly, easy-going professionals to share an amazing 3-bedroom house with me from early September.

The house is located on John Ruskin Street (SE5) and is bright, spacious, and full of natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. Each available bedroom is a large furnished double room with its own private balcony, and we also have a lovely garden.

The house includes:
• 3 bedrooms (2 available)
• 3 bathrooms (one shared bathroom with shower for the two available rooms, plus an additional WC with washing machine and dryer)
• Spacious communal areas
• Garden
• Private balcony for every bedroom
• Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout
• Additional spare room currently used for storage, with flexibility to use it differently in the future

💷 Costs:
• Rent: £1,075 per room per month
• Council Tax: approx. £85 per person per month
• Utilities (water, gas, electricity and WiFi): usually £70–£120 per person per month
• Deposit: 1 month’s rent

About me:
I’m 30 and work as an architect. I usually work from home one or two days a week and spend the rest of my time in the office. I’m looking to create a home rather than just a flatshare, with people who are friendly, respectful, clean, and easy to live with.

I’d love to find people I’d enjoy living with, people who are happy to have a chat in the kitchen, occasionally share a meal, a coffee, or a drink, while also respecting each other’s privacy and personal space.

The rooms are available to professionals looking for a long-term home. Couples are welcome, although the house has a maximum occupancy of 3 people, meaning a couple would need to rent both available rooms (£2,150/month total rent).
